Pinellas County Real Estate Statistics for September 2014

The following paragraph combines the statistics for single family homes and townhomes/condos
Inventory is tight and the market shows less than 5.5 months inventory for both single family homes and townhomes/condos. This indicates a seller’s market.  It is interesting to note that there were 37 more cash sales in September than in August even with increasing sales prices.

It is important to keep in mind, that although Pinellas County overall is in a seller’s market, due to the variation in supply and demand in each area and price range,  the areas with more homes for sale may be considered a buyer’s market.  Ask us for specific details about your area.
