JUST SOLD! A Nationstar Short Sale in Largo, Florida

Our most recent short sale success closed last week in Park Place Estates, Largo, Florida.  The seller’s lender was Nationstar, and our team overcame several obstacles, including negotiating counteroffers and inconsistencies with valuation from the seller’s lender.  The successful negotiations resulted in the seller being awarded a $3000 relocation incentive, and the short sale was approved with no deficiency to be pursued, and no promissory note due from the seller.  This short sale was approved by Nationstar just 67 days after the executed contract, and it closed only 9 days later.

The seller is very relieved to move on to the next chapter in life. The buyers are thrilled and looking forward to making this house a home for their family.  This was a “win-win” for all parties involved.
