Pinellas County Florida Real Estate Market Statistics For November 2013

The statistics are out for November 2013, and short sale closings are way down! 
Two reasons for this - as prices increase, more homeowners are equitable, and can sell their homes without doing a short sale.  However, the other reason is banks appear to be less willing to negotiate a short sale, and the Florida court system has been quick to process foreclosures, so some homes that would have been granted a short sale in the past, are now being foreclosed.
