Pinellas County Real Estate Statistics for September 2014 (courtesy of the Pinellas Realtor Organization) The following paragraph combines the statistics for single family homes and townhomes/condos Inventory is tight and the market shows less than 5.5 months inventory for both single family homes and townhomes/condos. This indicates a seller’s market.  It is interesting to note that there were 37 more cash sales in September than in August even with increasing sales prices.
